a lawyer just took my buyback case, and i can not beleive audi would let this go this far, but they did. just went to white allen in dayton to drop off my loaner a6 4.2, 2000 was the model year. i poped the trunck to get my stuf out, and they had stuff all over. my wife said you call this done. my name is ross, saralee is my wife's name. the lawer was a little supprised at how audi handled this. will keep you all informed. thank you all for your help.

Be glad you're "stuck" with your Lexus considering how you're being treated with Audi

it is amazing, how they act. this is the first time i have ever had a problem like this. it is still a fine auto. they do need to work on customer relations.

Please post all of the names, addresses, and phone numbers of all the Audi parties involved.

I think many of us will lend a hand in alerting Audi to the impact of poor customer service.

Default Yes - cars break. Complicated cars even more

When mine isn't in the shop, I love driving it, and I wish I could have it every day. But when it breaks and nobody has a clue how to fix it, and the "Audi advocate" (which means Audi's advocate - they left off the possessive) tells me I just have to live with a loaner car and can't even talk to anyone in a position of authority, it is very shortsighted and disappointing. I have never been treated so shabbily as a customer in all my life. They aren't building loyalty.

Or just start a class action suit. That will alert them.
