Re: No surprise - AoA told me they would rather be sued than talk
it is amazing, how they act. this is the first time i have ever had a problem like this. it is still a fine auto. they do need to work on customer relations.

Please post all of the names, addresses, and phone numbers of all the Audi parties involved.
I think many of us will lend a hand in alerting Audi to the impact of poor customer service.

Yes - cars break. Complicated cars even more
When mine isn't in the shop, I love driving it, and I wish I could have it every day. But when it breaks and nobody has a clue how to fix it, and the "Audi advocate" (which means Audi's advocate - they left off the possessive) tells me I just have to live with a loaner car and can't even talk to anyone in a position of authority, it is very shortsighted and disappointing. I have never been treated so shabbily as a customer in all my life. They aren't building loyalty.
