I don't "always" tell folks to sue Audi. On the contrary, I tell folks who have had real trouble with A8Ls to:

Keep good records!

Try and enlist the help of their selling dealer.

Don't feel like they are in the wrong somehow because they are not enjoying having an expensive luxury car that does not work (some folks here call that feature "charisma.")

If stuck with a defetive A8L they should not accept the premise that they should just shut up and keep making the payments while they drive a cheapo loaner car for over a month.

Default Greenie: It was a comment on how AoA is treating Cohot, Saralee etc.

Sounds like AoA attitude toward these folks is, "There's one born every minute." That's what I meant by it.
