How do you like the Pilot Sprts as opposed to the Prielli's??

I think the Prielli's were quieter for road noise which amazes me. . . on snow however

they are simply dangerous.

About 5 miles away. . . the area around Roslyn looks for the most part

exactly as it did in the 1920's. . .coal miner houses make up the majority. . . with the 4000 lots approved and big golf course going in this summer. . .a Roslyn shack that sold for $45,000 is on the market for $200K. . .that area is booming. . . absolutely nuts!
