Not enough antifreeze. You have a leak at the return from the overflow

Besides the possibility of a coolant leak (bad hose somewhere or bad thermostat causing overheating and resulting water loss are the most likely, or the low probability dreaded blown head gasket or worse), make sure the bottle sensor itself is okay and is plugged in. If you worked around the water bottle area, it could be dislodged. If bottleis visually low, obviously that's not it and its a leak issue.

Were you making a left turn? Seems like if you're borderline coolant level, it trips it going left.
