obd2 wiring diagram
i have a 1997 A8 and the red with blue wire pulled out of the connector...what slot does it go back into? they won't license the car because they can't read anything.

they said they don't know where the wire goes either. i think it goes in hole #16 because when i look at the Ross site they show the power goes in there. but even after i put it in there they still couldnt read the compluter and i don't know if it is because the battery light came on? had the battery and alternator checked and they check good...

there is no break down of the wiring in the tech section....where is the sensor for the battery funtion in the dash (where it goes through the check), this is staying on even though the check say OK.

No power to OBD2
i have no power to my OBD2...can anyone tell me where to trace the hot wire (pin #16) back to? i have pins in 2,4,5,7, which 4 and 5 should be ground wires. with the ignition on i have power to 2 and 7 but never to 16. Please help so i can get this thing back on the road.
