OK, did the other front outboard CV boot today.
Had done right, did the left today. This is the 3rd one I've done, I'm getting pretty good at it. Having a 5' piece of 1" galvanized steel pipe to add to a 1/2" breaker bar really makes it easy to get that 140 ft-lb plus 180 degrees onto the hub bolt.

Yup.
Like I said, you really need the cheater pipe.
I put my new 1/2" air hammer on it, just for grins, when I was pulling the old one off. Bolt laughed at the air hammer.
That bolt is part of a CV boot kit, and is replaced as part of the process, it is only to be used once (one tightening cycle).
