Default OK, focus on Audi, what to change when doing the TB, help

On the 2001 A8, facelift model, what should I do that makes sense:
- TB, Water Pump, Themostat, TB tensioner
but how about the value of doing the idlers, cam seals, crank seals....how much of that is overkill?

Default Idlers for sure.

If it's in the TB path, has a bearing, and hangs off of the front of the block, replace it.

I didn't do my crank seal.

I'll let the 40V guys speak to the crank seals question.

Default You don't really gain anything doing the oil cooler pipes at the same time.

You'd think you would, but you really don't. Trust me, I thought you would too, but it's not the case.
