OMFG!!! Tire retread tossed up in front of my dad last night - 03 S8 damage = $2K in plastic crap!!
Zero AL damage.
Do you guys realize how ridiculous the prices for S8 parts are? I presume it's due to the limited production run, but check this out:
Grille = $280.50 (!!!!!!)
ONE Parktronic sensor = $90
Bracket for sensor = $20
Trim Panel = $90
Grille Outer = $132
Center Grille = $115
Spoiler = $254
Bumper Cover = $400 (reasonable actually)

Some of them sound about right, but some sound nuts to me ($280 grille! ACK!)
I paid $75 for my RS4 grille, which is a limited production part too.
He's going to go through insurance so it's just a $500 deductible. Now I wish it had taken out a headlight or two so he could get Euros. =)

Body shop quoted $450ish. My dealer was even cheaper with the QC discount (Laurel of Tinley)
BTW this doesn't include the lower black plastic spoiler under the bumper.
