PaulW - ran the basic settings tonight....
I went into 04, basic settings. The "group"
was blank and I hit go. You could hear it running through and opening/closing vents and I just let it go for about 3 or 4 minutes. Now I'm getting 3 codes:
00716 - blocked or no volt on recirc vent (my
original problem)
00735 - potentiometer adapt limit surpassed (G143)
00604 - " position motor for air flow gap..(G113)open or short intermittent.
Should I have specified to run the basic setting on the recirc vent only ? This part of the Bently is really confusing (to me anyway).

No, it does all of them
I'll have to take a look at your codes in the Bently, are you sure you engaged the shaft into the damper correctly?
Clear the codes, and try another basic setting, then check the codes again.

I had a similar issue and my recirc was not working properly.
In the end i disassembled the motor assembly (not for the faint of heart) then resoldered all of the connections on the circuit board.
All faults have been gone for 6 months now

I mean inside the recirc motor assembly. There is a circuit board buried deep in there behind gears and such.
It is a small board but it had some sold solder joints so I resoldered all of the connections.
Times like this I wish i took pictures but I get into "GO MODE" and don't really want to stop and snap photos.
