Question on switch illumination

Default Question on switch illumination
On my 01 S8 the switch for the drivers window is less brightly lit than the other electric window switches on the drivers door panel. Is this normal or an indication that a bulb has gone? If it has are they easy to change? Also should the **** for the door mirrors be illuminated? Mine isn't at all.

My mirror switch is illuminated.. but only the L is.. i think i have some lights out as well.

Default all should be illuminated
the led's do fade and then disappear....
