Radiator Coupling?!

Does anybody know what this is? a long time friend mechanic has had my car stuck at his garage now for almost 2 weeks because they are unable to get hold of radiator coupling for it!

it is 2.8 standard version!

Not a standard term and a little too general for a good guess.
