rear headrest removal on Facelift/ S8?

Is there a way to simply pull out the rear headrests without taking the seat apart?

In my B5, B7, C5 and even V8, I always ran/run with them out to improve rear visibility.

yes, just push the button and they should pull out. Mine were a little tight.
