Thanks for the advice...

I got them to agree in writing, before I left the dealer, that they would repair or replace, at my option. I've been going back and forth, given that if they replace the bumper they'll still need to paint to match, and I've been assuming that this would be the most difficult task. If they repair, they're going to remove the entire assembly and strip and repaint (or so I'm told). They've got their own body shop now, so they can't blame anyone else if it goes south.

Here's hoping...
