The 02 and 03's have a shifter with a "S" position
Instead of 4,3,2 below drive. It's a really nice option.
They also came with the Symphony II radio vs. the Sympony I.
Other than that....they are about the same.

plus - '03s have power folding mirrors, no sport steering wheel nor alcantara door cards...
...or even as option for seats / headliner (wheel heated tho). Nav antenna moved to roof (or vice versa I forgot), 100 each of 3 color combos only.
Different wood (not in the Avus / Burg). Tire press. monit. standard (I think optional in '02, N/A '01).

The Greens and the Reds were unique.....
The Reds: Andorra was '01 only and Burgundy Pearl was '02 only. In side by side pictures, Andorra looks a little lighter than Burgundy Pearl, but when just looking at pictures, who really knows. The name did change though.
The Greens: Racing Green was '01 only and Irish Green Pearl was '02 only and those are distinctly different. Racing Green being MUCH lighter than Irish Green.
