Default Well I dont do much around here but I got this covered , Service Reset

Hold the milage reset. put the key it. turn it (dont start it) then hit the check button.

Boo Ya. 8100 miles.

It does still come up in the cluster. When you turn the car on it says mileage to service in thousand mile increments when you get close, then with 500 miles left it tells you in hundred increments.

i believe that the 2000+ only has one Service reminder.

With the VAG you might be able to change the interval but from Audi mine goes to 8100.

Default Re: Paul, here's what I did:

I saw an earlier post where you replaced the nav/menu unit. I have also spilled Snapple and now it works poorly, so I need to replace. Can you please tell me how you removed the unit. Thanks.

Default It's just a friction fit. Use a plastic trim remover and pry up from the bottom while pulling.

It's tight but there aren't any fasteners. Unclip the connector and swap. It'll take you 10 mins and you'll be done.

Default I fixed mine

I fixed mine, the P/O must of had a coffee explosion, there was evidence in every nook and cranny. There is still some stains on the seats. Any how I took the thing apart and cleaned it. It pops right out and and came apart easy too. I used a toothbrush and some water. I let it dry for a few days before I put it back together. I remember it was a bit of a pain getting it back together but hell it didn't work as it was and I couldn't have made it worse. Hope this helps, if you cant or dont want to, send it to me and I will clean it and send it back.
