Yes, the antenna moved to the roof from trunk.
Didn't realize late '02 tho.
Off top of head- other subtle differences (beyond shifter, wheels, colors, antenna, steering wheel) include '03s having power folding mirrors, tire pressure monitoring (schwing!), the loss of the alcantara door cards (and no alcantara as an option for the interior overall), in-dash 6 disc changer, and an in-trunk release handle.
