steering problems

steering problems
the problem is that, when turned the steering left, everything is fine, but when i turned to the right, for a short time is heavily turning the steering wheel, after 1-2 seconds everything is fine. this problem is only when i turnig right form eny steering position, what that can it be steering pump, steering rack, or air in system?
