top speed of 01-03 S8?

Does anyone know the "actual" top speed of the 01-03 S8 (U.S., without limiter, and stock)?

I've seen 155mph (goverened) in publications, but wondered if anyone ever heard of its real top end...

I believe I once saw 168 mph somewhere, but can't find a link to it now.
