Default transmission codes - double checking before I confirm death

Sign of a dead tranny? Is there anything else it could be except a rebuild? Car is slipping/shuddering and going into limp mode after about 5 mins.

I'm going to take my old/good one up to Erickson this week and get it bench tested for $100. Meanwhile, I'm figuring out if I can do the r/r myself on my lift. Once I am reasonably sure my old one is good, I'll come up with a game plan.

Gabor, how do you access the top transmission bolts? From under the hood or underneath? I pulled the engine/tranny as one unit and seperated them on the ground.

Default I take every bolt from the bottom. I open the hood to

disconnect the O2 sensors only.

Default Gabor, it was that damned magnificent signature pic of yours that made me try to gussy mine up. (OT)

I still don't think I'm done, though. More dancing girls? You guys let me know when I'm there.

Default Thanks, Mark, I knew if anyone would appreciate my hard work, it would be you.

But you're right, I still haven't reached the level of majesty I'm looking for. Consulted with my father and my spiritual advisors and they all agree this one wouldn't add value...
