Default I had my fluid changed last month (@34K) and last night...
I did a TBA and on my way to and from work today the trans was very smooth. Even the downshift to first was less harsh then usual.

I do have a bad O2 sensor that gets replaced Thursday

Default I doubt it's in the engine. Runs smooth idling in neutral. Only does this
when idling in gear.
