When I said foregners, I meant, they were of Hispanic origin, however I am not certain of their nationalities.

Default Hey, these are the kind of swell fellows that Gov. Davis just decided should be
allowed to get drivers' licenses. Does anyone think that would have kept them from smashing into Ultradubs car, or would have caused them to get insurance?? I doubt it. Maybe Arnold will get this repealed.
