Default vibrations when revving engine
I noticed yesterday that with the car parked and revving the engine to 2k rpm, I get vibrations inside the car. I would expect a little something, but not as much as I am getting. Can anyone here tell me if there cars vibrate noticably when parked and revved to 2k rpm. I had noticed that I feel a lot of vibrations when driving even after having the tires balanced, this might be what I am feeling. I just dont know how much is normal.

Its the same with the fan on with ac and the fan off.

Just to clarify, I'm wondering if it is compressor vibration. Or you could have a serp belt or other accessory bearing problem.

Default Is it a little rough at idle ? Check the front motor mount (facing the engine, down and to the left)
Fairly common to fail, mine went at around 60k. Not a big deal to replace.

The new 2001 on the dealer's lot did it too when I tried. Feels like bouncing at 1600 rpm

On first start in 10 days, my 2000 vibrated quite a bit, but stopped once the idle settled in.

Default i just replaced my motor mounts (the 2 in the rear) and still have vibration at idle
Did i miss a mount? Where is this FRONT MOUNT on the A8?
