Default Water in heating ducts

During heavy rain or snow, my 99 A8 will start fogging up the windows and/or leak a small amount of water on the passenger or drivers feet. It will take an hour or so of operation before the problem comes up. I am not losing coolant and have no smell of coolant. Heat is fine on dry days. The problem is during wet weather. I have found the two drains from the cowl to the wheel wells, and the flap valves might have been plugged up. They are not now. Is there another drain I am missing?
