What to do next?
Thanks to everyone who's posted. Lots of good ideas and knowledge sharing.
Completed:
Timing Belt, oil coolers, thermosat, water pump.
Changed oil and filter.
Changed transmission fluid and filter.
Flushed coolant.
Smoked side markers.
Chrome tips.
Chrome side mirrors
Recoded transmission (thanks to PaulW).
To be done:
New rotors and brake pads (once it gets warmer).
Clear corners.
Newer armrests.
M3 type spoiler ??
Xenon upgrade
Maybe, money permitting:
New wheels.
Eibachs and H&Rs.
What am I missing?

Yep. I got a deal on a set of tires where the wheels were almost for free. The space seems to be...
...made for it. I used to do 400(x2) miles trips on a regular basis: at 11 PM, a flat tire would have meant a mandatory stay in a motel, then get up in the morning to find a place to fix it, etc.
Don't get people here get started on the dangerous factory jack. Don't remember if anybody brought up a good reasonable (size, weight, safety) alternative to it.

Yep, I've got an A6 wineglass wheel for a full-size spare.
Got a used BF Goodrich all-season of the appropriate size, with about 1/2 tread thickness, for free, from my tire shop. Lucked out on that, they had one from installing a pair of tires on another customer's car, where the opposite tire had been destroyed. Perfect for a spare.
