I had some suspension work done on my car and now I have this ugly wheel gap! wondering if there is a way to fix this wheel gap problem without installing lowering springs if possible? I HATE how the front end has a larger wheel gap compared to the rear now that I had new front and rear shocks with new mounts installed on the car. also while my car was in the shop getting the work done, the front were found to be broken at the bottom coil. *edit* I did find a good used pair of front springs for replacement. *edit* here is a picture that I just recently took of the front and rear showing the ugly wheel gap esp how much higher the front sits compared to the rear.

Lower the back first, these cars are nose heavy and a forward attitude from lowering the front first exacerbate the issue. I'm toying with the idea of a shorter rear spring or perhaps an air bag out back.
You might have the wrong size wheel/tire and now that the coils aren't worn/broken you can really tell. This is the perfect excuse for some lowering springs. Also, it often takes some driving on the suspension to get it to settle after it's been apart.
I agree with the board; give the suspension a little time to settle. I did all four corners on my D2 S8, with Bilstein, and it sat high for a day-or-two. After that, the wheel gap went back to factory.

Yes the coils are correct. It's been more then a few weeks since I had all new shocks and mounts replaced.
