Window regulator rebuild kit?
At $75-90 for a salvage window regulator, I'm thinking about printing a rebuild kit out of abs. It would include the pulleys, and the green ferrule thing and it would be a straightforward replacement.
Is anyone already printing parts for A8's? has anyone thought of this before?

just rebuilt mine, the sheathing on the lower cable was damaged on mine.
The most difficult part was determining the correct length on the cable it is critical.
The springs need a certain preload too.
It wasn't easy but wassn't rocket science.
The most frustrating part was I thought I had it right, installed it in the frame, hung the window and it made noise due to not having the preload set tight enough.
