I found those 18" wheels I have been long looking for from a friend that used to be in his BMW. Would anyone advice if they would fit into my A8 or would it be a problem?

They have to be 5X112, that's the first thing you have to check. Should be on the inside.

As far as I know all BMW are 5x120mm bolt pattern and never used 5x112mm.

The only answer that is correct with the information given is "maybe".

The bolt pattern is wrong, they are probably 5x120, and your a8 uses 5x112.

****BUT****

If the width and offset are in the right range, adapters can be used to change the bolt pattern and they could work.

Also- Redrilling could be a possibility, but that also depends on the offset/width/brake clearance.

Instead of just replying "no" or "they have to be this" think of the options, and the OP needs to have more information.
