Default A8 d3 rear suspension

I'm looking for the best way to access the nuts for the rear struts to my 2009 A8L. I've done the fonts already and now it's time for the rear.... anyone know of any graphics, videos, schematics?

It's as simple as a long extension up inside the wheel well. Nothing tricky.

Surprising your car needs rear struts. Never really heard of anyone ever replacing them before. Especially given yours is the newest D3 year. Is yours experiencing problems or are you just replacing them because?

I replaced my rear right strut a couple months ago, fixed it with some cheap orings. I think they start failing after 125k miles. I only noticed after putting it in jack mode while away. I do this occasionally, if I'll be gone for a few days, just to see if there are any leaks.

Replacing due to leaking. Fronts have been done; all rubber was dry rotted. Time for the rears and compressor.

EXCELLENT! This was what I've been looking for. Thank you so much. Just knowing to remove the inner well liner is the key. I had a Chrysler once that needed all of the interior panels removed to get to the top of the strut. That was a pain. This should be a snap. I owe you one.

Okay new problem. The new rear struts do not deflate. The car will not change fully lifted status in the rear. Audi says they want 2k$ to replace the rear suspension control module part 4e0910553k! They said GFF = 1400 suspension upper limit exceeded. I found a company that will refurbish computes and electronic at about $200. European Modules:Rebuilders ECM, PCM, TCM, OEM, Diesel Computers. My question to the forum is where is this pat in the car and how do I get it out?
