A8 Poll/Survey Results 2006
As promised here are the results. I want to thank everyone who participated, especially A8inPA and Tom for being one of the first to reply.
This is not scientific by any means, and it is only based on a very small sampling, some 106 respondents.
1. Is your current A8, your first, second or third A8 you have owned thus far.

#1, Thank you for the poll. #2, Responses to question 9 are telling. I trust that Audi will
hve solved many of the reliability problems, as I intend to buy the S8 in Oct. Audi has addressed the power and steering feel questions with the S8 if the road tests that I have read so far are accurate.

By virtue of your gracious retraction, alls well that ends well. It just seems that many got their knickers in a bunch over the entire affair. Understandable with all the email scams around. Yet happy to hear that yours appear to be loose and fit comfortably.

it seems that this A8 brought a lot of new customers to Audi.....myself included. even today after being on the market for 3 years i still feel the A8 is the most attractive vehicle in its segment. Audi hit a home run with the interior and exterior styling. i wonder what they have up their sleeve for the next A8?

Re: 40% claim dealer as only average. For a supposedly "above-average" automobile
greenie, when was the last time you posted anything positive about your audi. I'm not sure if the photo of your car is posed in front of the servants' quarters or your humble abode but either way i feel you could afford a car you could really bitch about. May i suggest something Italian

You are WAY off the mark NOOB! With only 12 posts you have
NO room to talk about my feelings! I have posted positive remarks concerning this car when warranted. You dont know the history and your remarks are quite immature. Might I suggest a trip to the sandbox?
