Riverside Audi has a Artic White with Beige interior.
My local dealer had a white one with amaretto interior that I happen to test drive last year. The told me that they had special ordered the combination. White/ Amaretto was a special built order last year for an extra $900.
Our dealer had one of only 3 in the country in that combo.
it is now available for order for the 07 model at no charge.

You're right got the names mixed up
My old man has an 06 A8L with Amaretto and was looking for the same on the 07 S8. Closest available is Espresso Brown/Black w/ Black Headliner.

Don't have pictures, but have seen it.
It is very attractive. The brown is fairly dark and sets off the rest of the interior. Cocoa is correct for the tone. It is only on the centers of the seats.

FWIW, there was a Daytona S8 with the espresso / black / black ..
trim next to mine when it was delivered. I know these choices are highly personal and what works for one does not for another, however, the dealer staff gathering around looked over the cars and we sort of agreed the combination did not look right. I suggest you try and see the combo in person before putting that much cash down.
