audi roadside

Some highways, such as the Mass Pike and I believe the NY+ NJ Highways, have contracts with towing companies. That means that only that company can tow or do roadside service on these roads. I had a problem on the Tappan Zee and called Audi Roadside. They had to call a trooper and the turnpike authority to help me out. I had to pay cash to the driver ($7 iirc). Not a big deal but I didn't need a tow. Perhaps you could attempt to backcharge the tow to Audi Roadside. Hope this makes sense and is of some help.

Audi Roadside Assists contracts with local towing co's, so don't understand why..
they wouldn't have contracts with towers that can go on the NJ Turnpike, but hey what do I know?
