Default Bank 1 Sensor 1 codes. Sensor bad or wiring?

Hi Team!,

2006 4.2L
Just getting these codes shortly but not immediately after I changed the oil (when I had to take off and put on the air box). I am just wondering if I pulled on the wire that is connected to the O2 sensor. I checked the connection and it seems very snug. I am just wondering if you can tell by these codes if I need to replace Bank 1 Sensor 1 or is it the wiring after the O2 Sensor.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Switch it with the O2 sensor for the other bank by swapping connectors over. Does the same error code move with the sensor or not? That will give you your answer.

They are not compatible connectors due to slight differences in the connectors. But I can unplug it and see if I get the same codes. If so it could be the wiring and not just the O2 sensor.

Use jumper wires between the plugs to temporarily connect them.
