Brake light problem

Brake light problem
Afte leaving car for 5 day Inoticed when drivin home my brake light are constantly on heard it might be a issue with the brake light switch would that be a good place to start

Thanx its looking like it will be switch as when I pulled off the lower dash cover I found it has no contact with the pedal and looking at how it works I'm guessing it should have some contact
