it can be done..... I looked at it for my A8L 4.2 a while back
the bumperskin is about $700 or so with the exhaust "bezels"... the challenge is going to be cutting the exhaust tips back and mating them up. I'd consider adding either a custom exhaust ( not too complicated as it's mostly straight = I looked at both Burns and Magnaflow options, adding in an X-pipe) or you could do a Miltek S8 exhaust, adding in the extra section ( simple pipe) and the cutting the tips to fit, pretty much what I did except I used a MTM setup.
email me if you want pics or part #'s....
I also may have my MTM system up for sale later this spring, I'm thinking of having a system custom built that would delete the secondary cats and not have the exhasut valves ( i curently have unplugged).... likely Fabspeed.

Yeah, but...way outlandish price on the exhaust trim
My older Mitchell parts book copy shows EACH of those trapezoidal trim bezels lists at $412+--an absurd price in my mind! I remember stumbling on this when I was looking for a simple missing screw for one of them. Those two pieces are separate; most all the rest of the non trim skin you see appears to be one large piece top to bottom.
Thus, if you are headed this way still, you might want to scour the junkyards on line or otherwise and see if you can find one specifically from a W12. You might get lucky, but make really sure it has those inserts given combined they cost more than the whole skin.

Let me know if your exhaust actually goes up for sale...
by e mail. Interesting you are taking it up another notch.
I looked at MTM again but the new price is even more ridiculous. I guess the suppliers/importers don't realize we can all see the dollar has gone as far up against the Euro as it did down when they pointed to that in jacking up prices a year or two (BBS comes to mind too). But, I suppose the W12 exhaust price relates to the Bentley price, and both are probably perceived as inelastic by MTM/distributors.
As I recall, yours is modified S8 to fit W12. Did you conclude layout wise it is otherwise the same?

I have two........
....of the trapezoidal stainless steel exhaust trims from my W12 which you can have for the cost of shipping. The bad news I am in the Uk! However they are not that heavy so I think they'd still be a very cheap set of trims. Let me know.
