CEL. Error codes inside, please help.

CEL. Error codes inside, please help.
The other day my father gave me a call that his CEL came on. We ran the codes and got this back. From the research we did, it doesn't look like there are any vacuum leaks anywhere, nor are there any weird noises. Any help would be appreciated.
3 Faults Found:
17831 - Secondary Air Injection System; Bank 1
P1423 - 002 - Insufficient Flow - MIL ON
17819 - Secondary Air Injection System; Bank 2
P1411 - 002 - Insufficient Flow - Intermittent
17981 - Left Engine Mount Solenoid Valve (N144)
P1573 - 004 - Open Circuit

The secondary air injection system has a component that is not working
It is a series of items that inject air into the exhaust during cold start up. I've never troubleshot a D3...but if it's a 40v motor, it should be almost exact to the D2.

If you find a bad vacuum hose, you might look at this procedure also, which is for the D2 40 valve motor:

I appreciate the response! I'll check out more of the lines and contacts to see if there are any leaks but the diagrams seem pretty helpful. The layout on the two engines isn't the same but atleast this gives us an idea of where to look. I appreciate the help and I will reply with any find.
