I just finished replacing the door handles on the driver side along with the outside window molding. All used parts. Thanks for the documented instructions posted earlier. Here's the video link I recorded on youtube..

It is not necessary to remove door panels. Front doors can be done only by unscrewing that torex that holds the handle. It is a bit tricky but manageable. I changed all 4 on mine yesterday. Front I removed door panels, but rear ones I removed also but I couldn't do anything since I didn't know how to remove window shades. Then I played with handle only from the outside, and made it. Very hard but manageable. Last one, rear left I changed only by releasing torex that holds the handle. And with little bit of screw driver and some tiny pliers I managed to change it.

Good point. I had to remove the other parts as I replaced the window molding.
