Quick answer is no. However, it would be a more detailed no depending on engine. The V10 and V12 definitely will not work. The V8 might have the space, but the equipment layout is quite different than the RS4. At least, the one you have pictured.

Ahh... That would be nice.
I've often thought the same when I see the engine bay for the V10. There is a nice engine cover, but there is some equipment on top of it that looks like it was added after the engine cover was designed, because it's exposed. It just looks untidy
