Farewell "Big Al" - help needed
Dropped off my '03 yesterday - end of lease. Wife had christened it "Big Al" on day of delivery.
Expect delivery on '05 A8L, this Thursday. Now she is on a stress search for name on new one. (We've had Boston Blackie, Big Red, Old Yeller and Baby T, on previous cars). I'm sweating going to Audi U delivery to learn what all the buttoms on the new one do. (Been cramming for final exam, hope to get a Passing grade from my teacher on the new car). Been reading my Cliff notes.
The biggest problem will be wife's coming up with a name for the '05 at delivery.
I'm open to ideas (and help) to come up with a new nickname to suggest to the bride. (She will have the final vote - as usual).
I did order the wood steering wheel option and thought about suggesting naming it "WOODIE", but I have been advised that there are "potential" connotations associated with that moniker! OK, OK, so much for the gutter!
