Hey everybody I have an 2003 Audi a8 and its got a flashing red brake light on the dashboard and on the computer. There is 3 beeps on start up. The car had an ABS module which was defective and it was replaced and coded correctly with the correct procedure and there is no error at all. everything seems perfect. the brake fluid is perfect and the brake seems fine.

Does anybody knows what can cause this or can something like the electrical handbrake cause something like this to occur?

It could be a stuck caliper, it could be a parking brake fault, or something else. Chock the wheels, put the car in neutral, and then jack up each corner of the car and try to turn each wheel. If one of them doesn't turn at all or is more difficult than the others, you found the side with a stuck caliper or parking brake. If everything seems normal, then I don't know.
