Default Fuel Pump Fuse Location

So I'm going to clean the carbon out of my intake valves as I did on my S6. I looked up the fuse location (31 on right side front passenger door) and I found there is no fuse in that slot. Where is it? My manual and car panel say the same thing. Where is the fuse on a 2007 A8 with a 4.2?

Someone has to know how to do this. I know there are two fuel pumps, how do i shut them off so when i bump the starter to rotate the engine for valve cleaning I don't get fuel sprayed everywhere?

I look at those tonight. I wonder if each relay is for one pump each.

I suppose I could just unplug the fuel pums in the trunk also.

Thanks

I didn't end up pulling the relays, I decided to just disconnect the fuel pumps. I didn't want to risk having fuel shoot all over when I opened the driver's door to get in and turn the car over. My solution worked perfect and only took about 5 minutes to do.

Man, my car is running a lot stronger and smoother after I cleaned a 100K of carbon out of the intake valves.

Default Fuse box location fuel pump relay J49

I looked in the trunk where the battery and dvd navigation system is located. Also, I removed the covering for the spare tire well. Thats where I gound the two fuel pumps. Can someone take pics of exactly where the fuel pump relays are located? Thank you.

I hope you received my message. I really need your help. I need the part number for fuel pump relay 2 in the luggage/trunk compartment located at #3, next to the battery. Please when you get this message email me: stm92576@gmail.com

Do you need to pull both relays to disable the fuel pumps?

Is there not a fuse that is easier to pull?

Thanks
