Hello from a new member and need help with S8 conversion
Hi Gents,
I am new to this forum and relatively new to A8 ownership. I have a 2005 3.0 TDI (Single frame grille model)
With Summer coming, I would like to spruce up the standard looks of the car. I am considering a S8 front bumper, S8 grille ( no s8 badges...
) and some 19" wheels.
Does the 2006 S8 bumper fit straight on the standard car? Also, can I use my exisiting foglights and foglight grilles?

From what I've read around here the S8 bumper should be an easy swap.
The foglight grills are a different size on the single frame grill A8 vs the S8 so you will most likely need new foglight grills. I think the foglights are the same between single frame grill A8 and S8.
Try doing an advanced search in the D3 forum for "S8 bumper" and I betcha you'll find threads with the information you are seeking.

Many thanks for the response. I did find a few posts on the conversion. Before I commit to the S8 conversion, are there any other front spoiler options, other than Hoeffle and ABT?
