Help coding window?

Anyone familiar enough to guide me thru this? Drivers window goes down, automatically as it should, but stops with 2" of glass still showing. No bad mechanical noises or anything, and it was not like this until recently. Pretty sure it has somehow "learned" this position as full down. I have obd eleven but not sure how to clear and reteach this. Any suggestions? Is there a "basic function" for setting window limits?

Window learning positions from my experience occur after a battery disconnect. After disconnecting the battery for a period the auto windows do not work until you have had it go all the way down, all they way up, then all the way down. Then learns the stops. Has to be done on all windows. I'd give that a quick try. I do not know of any VCDS ways to do that, or anything on ODB11

Yes, I agree that's the normal way, and I suspect that it got messed up after a recent dead battery episode. I was hoping to fix it via scan tool rather than risk all the other weird stuff that can happen after a battery disconnect.

I did play around with the live data yesterday and noted that the window position feedback seemed screwy. 100% corresponded to window open almost exactly half way. When it stops at this false down limit it shows about 49%. Really this is 149% as Closed is 0% and it has gone past 100% once at the midpoint. I need to check another window to see if that is normal.
