Default It is a USED car with 9K miles.

I am pretty sure that it would have to be titled with that many miles. You can run the VIN to find out more info.

I bought my "Dealer's wife's" car - a 2004 Phaeton in May 2005 with 10,000 miles on it. I'm on title as the original owner. I paid $20k under window sticker. So, take off $2.00 per mile. Good luck! :-)

Default hmm...

I thought there was something about having to title a car after 3,500 miles. I agree your friend should get a hefty discount.
