Keyless entry application

Keyless entry application
So I've got an 05 Audi a8 and am trying to install a new keyless entry system without having to code it is this possible I've replaced ecu the grounding unit the kessy the steering column the comfort control module the battery energy management module and the power module the ignition switch the driver's door lock .... is there something I'm missing please help

Your key(s) need to be programmed in to the system. I do think it is a lot of programming if you replaced the whole system. VIN need to be programmed and most likely a lot of other things. Hopefully someone who knows this can give you a better answer, if not ask a Audi garage for info.

If you have replaced the engine ECU, the KESSY module, the Steering Column with lock, and the drivers door lock cylinder, along with the ignition switch, let me ask, did you retrieve all of these parts from one vehicle, as so they are all matched, the ignition switch is not of importance, as it has no tumblers nor programming, as any VAG key-blade will turn it, what is important is that hopefully you purchased the matching key-fob to all these parts, and the seller gave you all parts from one A8, but based on your situation, I am thinking either, you didn't get the matching key-fob, or one of the other items is mismatched.
If you are trying to match your original keyfob to these replacement parts, you will need the SKC/PIN of both ecu's / KESSY modules, then you can pair the fob with Ross-Tech VCDS.
But all parts must be matched as original from factory, not one used parts from one and other parts from another.

Thanks dude yeah they are all from the same factory car so I'll give it a whirl thanks man and the key is for all those bits as far as I'm aware and as for the cat thinking I'm not above board I'll have you know I am I own all my things and am no thief
