Happens to me a couple of times a month. Maybe this will help!
When I took my car in for the windshield crack, I noticed two "computer updates" listed on the invoice. I asked what they were for. The first was a software update for the engine control software. The second was an MMI update. I asked if this will fix my MMI reboot problem. I was told that was one of the problems it fixes.
We'll see!
