Possible gain on a naturally aspirated engines is absolutely minor and it costs in fuel.

You can get all kind of positive answers on a question like this, which is understandable. When somebody pays that kind of money for it he must believe that he got something. Only valuable answer would be from somebody who measured power before and after at the independent palace (even not telling them what it is about), but I've newer seen one like that.
