Default Oil leak


Can I get some help on this issue? I took the car in for an oil change on April 21, there was no leak. Yesterday, the oil display came on, so I took it into PepBoys. They put it on the lift and this is where the leak is coming from. Any concrete knowledge on this issue will be helpful. Thank you.
