I am not sure if its possible or not but I would assume it is. However before you did that I would go get an alignment done at a good shop who has a newer computer controlled alignment machine and can work on Quattro cars. On my A8L I had one tire that was wearing badly and I went in for an alignment and they said it was way out of shape, since they aligned it it has been great.

I made an appt at the dealer for Wednesday. Both my front tires are worn badly on the inside
Can see the metal bands. Moved them to the rears and going to replace them after the alignment.
It's the drop that is killing them.
