power steering issue
had a wee prob with powere steering the pipe from pump to rack burst and lost all fluid iv replaced the pipe and replaced fluid when i was giving full lock left to right to get fluid into system i noticed it started to bubble up to a foam like state and come out of the cap is this norm and clear its self or could it be another problem

Actually, this tends to happen normally after repair
if system is drained, like w/ a hose change. As long as the system is leak tight, the foam and bubbles should clear after a few running cycles. If you cut the steering wheel all the way left and then all the way right a few times SLOWLY it helps to get the system bled out better. Recheck fluid levels in first few days as it flushes the air out.
