Why break a perfectly working one with these? I bought them and never used them. Wasting $25.
Original one always better. You break the seal, nothing will be the same.

Most people don't read to understand the control system built into A8, blindly replacing thing and breaking a perfectly working unit in the process.
The pump is protected, bulletproof system, shutdown when overheating when leaky system exist. The only time it would break is when the release valve got stuck then these parts wouldn't help anyway.
The shorted relay may burn it up, but the fuse will blow.
The pump is seldom pump when the system is airtight just like a good air compressor. All the time, the valve block and the full air reservoir are responsible for the suspension and not the pump.
All 5 1/2 year driving this car, the only time I hear the pump is when the suspension was down to the floor and I drove for 60 miles. The pump is still solid, yes I did listen to people and bought the set just in case. I was ignorant of course before nights of reading the self study guide.
